I think of two people who have found their belonging. A place of shared understanding and mutual care.

Conflict is fueled by the insecurities I feel, the differences I experience. That I am somehow better than you, and that the suffering and injustice I feel is righteous.

The path to peace is to find my sense of belonging, not only with those I know and love, but with those I do not.
